Who this policy covers
This policy applies to purchases made on makeupbynainagoel.com, operated by NG & Company ("we", "us"). It covers the online Indian Makeup Artistry & Business Program (the "Masterclass"). Offline batches and bridal makeup bookings have separate terms, listed further down.
By buying the Masterclass, you agree to this policy.
7-day 100% money-back guarantee
If you feel the Masterclass isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. You don't need to give a reason, and we won't make the process difficult.
What you can access during these 7 days: the first part of the Fresh Mehendi Glam look (about 1.5 hours). It gives you a real feel for Naina's teaching before you commit. The rest of the Masterclass unlocks automatically once the 7 days are over.

The refund is the full amount you paid, with no deductions.

The 7 days count from the date and time shown on your payment confirmation.

One refund per student. If you buy the Masterclass again after a refund, the guarantee does not apply a second time.
How to request a refund

We'll confirm we've received your request within 2 working days.
When and how you get your money back
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method (card, UPI or net banking). After that, your bank may take a further 5–10 working days to show the amount in your account. We can't issue refunds in cash or to a different account.
What happens to your access
When your refund is approved, your Masterclass access ends, including any lessons and materials you could already reach. Please don't share or keep using anything you downloaded from the course.
When a refund isn't possible

Requests made after the 7-day window.

Accounts closed for sharing login details, recording or redistributing course content.

A second purchase after a refund has already been given.
Cancellation
Online Masterclass: a one-time payment for 1 year of access. It doesn't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. To cancel within the first 7 days, request a refund as described above.
Offline batches: the registration amount secures your seat and can't be refunded. If you can't attend, you may move to a later batch once, subject to availability, by telling us at least 7 days before your batch starts.
Bridal makeup bookings: the booking advance holds your date and can't be refunded. If your event date changes, we'll try to move your booking to the new date, subject to availability.
If we ever have to cancel or reschedule an offline batch or booking ourselves, you'll get a full refund or a new date, whichever you prefer.
